PFD Cam footage from inside the raft. Watch as some pro river guides paddle a raft on the the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers after Hurricane Sandy. The Shenandoah was running at 7 feet of high water, while the Potomac river was running at just over 14 feet at Harpers Ferry. Filmed October 31, 2012....
