Video: High Water Boating at Bull Falls on the Shenandoah at 9ft

Rafting the Shenandoah near Harpers Ferry, West Virginia during spring runoff is always a blast. High Water on the ‘doah makes for some very large holes and waves, especially below Harpers Ferry on the Potomac. In this video we’ll watch a group of raft guide trainees running Bull Falls as part of their training. Keep an eye on the first raft which goes BIG at the 3rd chute. This video was shot on May 20, 2011. The river level was 9ft on the Millville gauge. Visit our YouTube channel for more whitewater videos.
